1. Overview
FastImageTools (fastimagetools.com) provides browser-based and server-assisted image processing tools. Where possible, processing is performed locally in the user's browser. Some functionality may involve server-side processing when explicitly requested by the user or when technically necessary.
This Service incorporates third-party open-source software components. We are grateful to the open-source community for making these tools possible.
These notices are provided for attribution and license compliance purposes. Third-party components remain subject to their respective license terms.
2. wasm-vips (MIT)
This Service uses wasm-vips, a WebAssembly build of the libvips image processing library.

3. LGPL-Licensed Components (as used via wasm-vips)
wasm-vips depends on (and/or is built against) several third-party libraries that are licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) (version 2.1 or later, or LGPLv3, depending on the library).
LGPL-licensed components used by this Service (non-exhaustive list):

- libvips — LGPL (see upstream license)
3.1 Compliance Statement
We use these LGPL-licensed components in accordance with the LGPL.
- We do not claim ownership of these libraries.
- Users may obtain the source code for these LGPL-licensed components from the upstream repositories listed below.
- Users may modify and rebuild these LGPL-licensed components in accordance with their applicable LGPL terms.

Note: The Service uses these components as part of a WebAssembly build. The precise integration details (including build tooling and dependency configuration) are provided by the upstream wasm-vips project.

5. Distribution and SaaS Use
The Service is provided as a web-based application. End users access functionality through the website interface.
To the extent any client-side components (including WebAssembly binaries) are delivered to a user's browser as part of website operation, the applicable open-source license terms continue to apply to those components.
Nothing in these notices is intended to restrict rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.
